Osarna Micro Care Foundation Company was established by the “Declaration” – “Reliable” – “Knowledge of Asset” (Osarna Micro Care Foundation), as an Indian financial institution. Osarna Micro Care Foundation Company was incorporated on 24th November 2022 as a Microfinance company, regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and approved by the Government of India (GOI). It has the rules and objectives that are the same as a bank, but this is only in effect to members groups who have agreed or joined this agreement and do business for its members only. Osarna Micro Care Foundation is introducing a lot of innovative ideas day by day to make our nation “India” financially strong. The way we provide service to our members is far better than other financial institutions and we are trying to make it much better as our aim is to provide extreme level service to people as well as to our nation. We were providing world-class financial support to our members in the coming decades.
