Osarna Micro Care Foundation Company was incorporated on 24th November 2022 as a Microfinance company, regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and approved by the Government of India (GOI). It has the rules and objectives that are the same as a bank, but this is only in effect to members groups who have agreed or joined this agreement and do business for its members only. Osarna Micro Care Foundation is introducing a lot of innovative ideas day by day to make our nation “India” financially strong.
